The Raaka Collective experience is built on trust and the highest standards of luxury. To ensure the hygiene and exclusivity of our pieces, we do not accept returns.

No Returns

We do not accept returns on any items once they have been delivered. All products are considered "Final Sale." We do not support "Trial and Return" purchases.

No Exchanges

Due to limited inventory and the unique nature of our heritage collections, we do not offer exchanges for different designs or sizes once a piece has been shipped.

Damaged Goods

In the highly unlikely event that your piece arrives damaged during transit, you must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery. This video is mandatory for us to evaluate a potential one-time replacement.
