Shipping Policy

We strive to deliver your Raaka Collective pieces in the safest and most efficient manner possible.

Third-Party Fulfillment

All shipping and logistics are handled by our trusted third-party courier partners (including but not limited to iCarry.in). While we oversee the dispatch, the actual transit and delivery timelines are managed by the courier company.

Timelines

Processing Time: 2 to 3 business days from the date of payment verification.
Delivery Time: Depending on your location, delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.

Tracking

Once your order is picked up by the courier partner, you will receive an automated WhatsApp notification containing your tracking ID and a direct link to monitor your shipment.

        Mandatory Unboxing Video:

        To protect your purchase during third-party transit, we require a continuous, unedited unboxing video (from opening the courier seal to revealing the product) to entertain any claims regarding damage during shipping.

Delivery Failures

If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, the courier may attempt re-delivery. If the item is returned to our atelier, the client will be responsible for additional shipping charges for a second attempt.
