We strive to deliver your Raaka Collective pieces in the safest and most efficient manner possible.
All shipping and logistics are handled by our trusted third-party courier partners (including but not limited to iCarry.in). While we oversee the dispatch, the actual transit and delivery timelines are managed by the courier company.
Once your order is picked up by the courier partner, you will receive an automated WhatsApp notification containing your tracking ID and a direct link to monitor your shipment.
If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, the courier may attempt re-delivery. If the item is returned to our atelier, the client will be responsible for additional shipping charges for a second attempt.
